Step 1: Book Online

Use our easy online platform to book the photography solution that is tailored to your needs. You can choose one our of standard packages or contact us for a specific quote.

We pick up your products

Step 2: We Pick Up

For a small fee, we arrange for the products to be picked up at your convenience. You only need to package the products and add the label we provide so they can be transported safely to our studio and back by our trusted delivery partner.

We do the shooting

Step 3: Photographs

We work with studios across Europe to provide our customers with a fast and tailored solution depending on their specific products and needs. Each photoraph is taken in a professional setting with high end equipment, and each shot will be edited to provide you with a high quality and ready-to-use result.

We bring your products back

Step 4: You Verify

Once our experts have finished the shooting, we will provide you with sample pictures so you can evaluate the quality. If you are happy with the results we will release the full order. In case you would like to make any changes or additions we can.*

Step 5: Bring Back

After the photo shoot the products will be repacked in their original packaging and delivered back to you with the greatest care. Again, you will be able to choose the time of delivery that suits you best.

Account Info

I am new customer. How do I order a service?

First of all, a warm welcome to our website! We are thrilled to have you with us and that you are interested in one of our services! You can order a service directly on our website. In order for us to provide you with any service you will need to open an account as part of the ordering process. Note that we will ask for the full payment upfront. We accept every major credit card and Paypal.

I am a returning customer. How do I order another service?

Just log in to your account during the ordering process. Once logged in you are ready to order again!

Do I need an account to order a service?

Yes, when you order a service with us, we will ask you for your address and personal information so we can correctly pick up and return your merchandise for shooting. You can edit or even delete all information in your account at any time.

How do I open an account?

When you order a service, you will be able to create an account as part of the ordering process.

Can I change my personal details?

Yes, just log in to your account and you will be able to manage your profile and all the details. Please note that as part of our ordering process you can also select a different pick up & delivery address for your merchandise than the one originally indicated in your account.

Payment & Delivery

How do I need to pay?

We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypall payments. Please note that for normal orders we will request for the full service to be paid 100% upfront.

However, in case of large orders (>10.000eur) we do offer to split the payment into 50% upfront, 50% after delivery. If you wish to do so, please contact us on contact@onlineproductphotography.com .

Can I pay with other means than credit card/Paypal (f.e. cheque).

Unfortunately we are only able to process credit cards or Paypal payments.

How will the ordered materials be delivered?

After the shooting is done, we will provide you with low resolution & watermarked samples of the ordered materials. If you are ok with them, we will close the order and provide you with the full resolution & unwatermarked versions. All final photographs will be delivered in 6000×4000 jpg format, all final video materials will be delivered in MP4 format. We can also provide other formats (f.e. TIFF), yet please indicate this in your order before any merchandise is picked up. Also note that depending on the brief & merchandise extra charges may apply.

In which countries do you operate?

We offer pick up and delivery of merchandise in the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece. You can easily select these countries as part of the ordering process. Standard shipping costs will apply. However, in case your company or your merchandise is located in another country, please reach out to us on contact@onlineproductphotography.co.uk, and we will check whether we can arrange shipping and what the related costs would be.

Do I have to pay extra for the pick up and delivery of my merchandise?

Yes, as part of the ordering process an extra shipping cost will be added. These costs will depend on the size & weight of your merchandise, as well as the number of packages. We work with 3 standard shipping rates* per package:

  •  Max 20 x 20 x 20cm, 5kg : £49 one way
  •  Max 50 x 50 x 50cm, 25kg : £79 one way
  •  Max 100 x 50 x 50cm, 40kg: £199 one way

Please note that sometimes the value of your products can be lower than the shipping cost. That is why we offer the possibility to let us donate your merchandise to charity after order completion, or to scrap it.

*Valid for pick up and return of merchandise in the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece. Can I get a VAT invoice?

This will be automatically delivered as part of your confirmation email!

Can I request a VAT refund?

If you are a private customer outside the EU we will only make a VAT repayment to you once customs documentation has been received by us, and we are satisfied that all criteria have been met. Please reach out to us on contact@onlineproductphotography.co.uk

Will you keep a backup of all my photographs and videos?

No, unfortunately we cannot guarantee we will keep or store any of the materials related to your order after the order has been closed and materials have been delivered to you. That is why we strongly recommend you keep backups of all materials.

Can I order more photos or videos while the order is in progress?

Yes, this is possible. Please just reach out to us on contact@onlineproductphotography.co.uk and we are happy to discuss any other services you might need. Please do note that extra charges will apply.

Shipping

How does the shipping process work?

In order to make everything as easy as possible for you, we will come and pick up any merchandise related to your order, as well as bring it back. This so you can continue to focus on your business and selling, and not waste time on arranging shipments.

During the ordering process, you just need to indicate:

  • The size of your package: S (max 20x20x20cm, 5kg), M (max 50x50x50cm, 25kg), L (max 100x50x50cm, 40kg).
  • The number of packages you would like us to pick up.
  • Whether you would like us to also return the merchandise, or donate it to charity or scrap it.

Once we have confirmed the order, we will inform you when our delivery partner can come and pick up the packages. You just need to make sure they are safely packed, and ready for transport.

After the order has been closed, we will send all merchandise back in its original packaging, unless you have indicated you want us to donate the items to charity or scrap them.

What are the shipping costs?

We work with 3 standard shipping rates* per package:

  •  Max 20 x 20 x 20cm, 5kg : £49 one way
  •  Max 50 x 50 x 50cm, 25kg : £79 one way
  •  Max 100 x 50 x 50cm, 40kg: £199 one way

For bigger items or in case you want to ship multiple items palletized, please contact us on contact@onlineproductphotography.co.uk and we will provide you with a tailored quote.

What about really large items?

Do you want us to shoot very large items (that do not fit one of our standard package options)? Or do you want to send us so many products it is easier to work with pallets? Not a problem, please just contact us on contact@onlineproductphotography.co.uk and we will provide you with a tailored quote for the shipping.

What if my products get damaged?

Please ensure your products or other items are safely packaged when providing any materials to our shipping partner. We will take the utmost care in handling any merchandise that is provided to us. In case any item requires specific care in handling or storing, please inform us of such requirements before the products are picked up. Please note that in case your provided merchadise is damaged or lost while in our possession, we will replace the goods or reimburse them up to a total value of £500.

In case you would like to send us high value items (f.e. jewelry), please contact us seperately as we can arrange for extra insurance to cover the materials during transport and while in our possession.

Refunds

How will I be refunded?

The refund will go back onto the same card you used to place the order with us, and will be paid back to you via a return transaction.

Can you process the refund via another debit/credit card or wire transfer.

In case you paid by credit card or Paypall, we will execute any refund via a return transaction unless otherwise agreed by us. In case you paid for your order via wire transfer (f.e. a tailored quote or large order) a wire transfer will be used for any refund.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel any order within 24hours of placing the order, and receive a full reimbursement. After this period, cancellation is still possible, yet extra charges may apply (f.e. if our shipping partner has already been dispatched to pick up your merchandise, talent or studio time has been booked, etc). Please contact us on contact@onlineproductphotography.co.uk and we will cancel the order for you and arrange the related refund.

I am not happy with the received photos, can I get reimbursed?

Your satisfaction means everything to us, so in case you are not 100% satisfied with the sample pictures we provide after the shooting, we offer a free round of touch-up. In case you are still not fully convinced we offer to cancel the order and fully reimburse you for the shooting. Do note that this excludes any shipping costs relating to the merchandise. In order to request such a reimbursement, please contact us on contact@onlineproductphotography.co.uk.

Rights

What about the usage rights of all the photos and videos delivered?
You are free to use all the photos and videos we deliver as part of your order for as long as you like, as many times as you like, and anywhere in the world. However, you cannot sell or otherwise grant usage rights of these photos or videos to any other third party.
Can I give the photos and videos to my agencies?
Of course, any third party company that wishes to use the materials relating to your order in your name (f.e. web designer, advertising agencies, etc) can do so. However, they are not allowed to use the materials for their own use or for any other party except for you.
